The space
This is the perfect place for small boats and swimming. You’ll often see kayaks, paddle boarders and other crafts floating down river. We have a small beach opposite the cabin where you can launch or relax. For any fishing enthusiasts, the river is teeming with salmon, trout and sea bass.
Pets
Dogs are welcome! We do charge £5 per night per pet. We have free-range happy hens and ducks roaming the farm, so we gently request that you keep your pet(s) from disturbing them.
Wifi
If you would like wifi during your stay we can provide this for an additional £10.00. The WiFi is capped to 8 Gb.
Guest access
There is free parking 100 meters from the cabin. There is a stone path that leads from the parking area to the cabin, though you are free to roam the farm. Say hello to the chickens and check out our beehives! The banks of the river are on your doorstep, but there are many other footpaths around the area, ideal for exploring and picnics.
Other things to note
The cabin is made completely of recycled pallets and other ecologically sourced materials, including the wood treatment of beeswax (from our bees) and linseed oil. This is an off-the-grid tiny home with 240 volt electricity, as well as solar electricity. The water is also sustainably sourced from our well. Yes, it’s good to drink!
